Qatar Airways check-in closed 1 hour before my flight to Doha from Gardermoen 16:15. I met up at check-in 15:23.
I met up 52 minutes before take off and with no luggage.
Got help from a nice flight attendant and a woman at the service desk. They tried to call the gate and the manager turned down the request two times. No hope.
No flexibility and no focus on coming to a solution. I understand that there are rules and safety involved. But in this case I feel like we could have sorted this out.
